We Help You Transform
Conflict Into Connection

At Mindful Dialogues, we believe that the quietest whisper delivered in anger can cause more damage to an important relationship than the loudest scream.

We equip individuals and organizations with the tools they need to start and sustain conversations that matter; participate in difficult conversations with ease and intentionality; and seek and restore balance by engaging the transformative power of peaceful communication.

Meet Your Coach

Founder, Beth Hunt

After 33 years as a business journalist, talent developer, and corporate trainer, Beth Hunt pivoted to a new calling: helping people navigate conflict with grace. Driven by the turbulent times, she earned a master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University’s Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution.

Today, Beth and her team work with individuals, families, companies, and schools to rebuild trust and foster gentle communication in a world often marked by anger and division.

A former adjunct professor at Wake Forest University, Beth brings an engaging, inclusive style to her teaching and workshops. Her humor and self-effacing approach help people lower their defenses and truly absorb the skills she shares. These are essential tools for sustaining strong, lasting relationships, both personally and professionally. Beth is not a legal mediator, but a coach focused on relationship-centered conflict resolution.

Core Values

At the heart of Mindful Dialogues are the values that guide every interaction, shaped by decades of hands-on leadership and a rigorous foundation in conflict resolution. These principles reflect our belief that even the hardest conversations can lead to meaningful change when approached with skill, care, and clarity.

Compassion

We know this stuff is hard. The good news is, we can do hard things.

Courage

It’s not easy to have tough conversations well. Helping our clients build the confidence necessary to interact gently and with compassion is what we do.

Empathy

No perspective or position in a conflict is all right or all wrong. Seeking to understand each other’s perspective is key to finding the pebbles that make up common ground.

Enlightenment

Conflict doesn’t appear out of thin air. To process it and resolve it, you must first understand where it comes from. We’re expert guides.

Expertise

We help individuals and groups get out of their own way, figure out which way to go next, and learn how to get there together.

Integrity

Facilitating hard conversations without taking sides takes real know-how. We have it in spades.

Transformation

A life without conflict is a pipe dream. A life in which conflict gets processed and resolved is within reach, if you have the right tools.
